Samsung Electronics, a company well known for its electronics has now placed fifth for the Interbrand’s 100 Best Global Brands for the year 2021. A 20% increase in sales since 2020 is massive for any company. Samsung should be proud of their accomplishment and success this year. There were quite a few factors that played a role in Samsung’s incredible growth.
New CX Team - Samsung improved their overall customer experience by prioritizing what customers value the most from their company.
Eco-packaging - Samsung became a more eco-friendly company by having eco-packaging for TVs as well as having a Galaxy Upcycling Program.
New Innovative Products - Galaxy Z Flip3, Neo QLEDs, and the Bespoke lineup of home appliances all played a huge role in becoming some of the most successful Samsung products.
Advanced Technologies - Samsung utilized advanced technologies this year including artificial intelligence (AI), 5G, automotive and robotics through consistent investment.
